Tagged “one size fits all” with elastic back - elastic has stretched to about 5 in and doesn’t spring back to fit smaller. Would currently fit XL or bigger - if you want to fit a smaller head I would take to a tailor to remove the elastic and add a snap back or adjustable strap!
