If you’re a nerd like we are about vintage sports team hats, this one is extra special. When The Game first started back in the 90s, they would send sample hats to head football coaches in hopes the coach would wear that hat on the sidelines on national television. Coaches were then paid an endorsement fee if the hat appeared on TV. Note the large oversized additional “The Game” stitched logo on the left side of the hat, this was to ensure the maker logo would appear on TV compared to the rear patch logo!
